Like other retirees, my dream is to live off the rest of my days in great place that will extend the value of my retirement income. I'm currently eyeing to stay and be a resident in Colombia. A forum thread from Total Colombia helped me to at least know the basic that I would be needing on my venture, from residency requirements, visa, and all about the immigration process in general. My husband is actually an American expat in Colombia and he'd stayed there for a couple of years now. I just resigned from the company I worked for and I am planning to move to Colombia somewhere in San Andres. We are looking a property to be acquired. We want to invest in real estates so that we can have our own house there. I was just wondering if there is someone selling their property in that area. We want it to be near the beach and at the same time accessible to the city.Link: San Andres: Real Estate on San Andres Island, Colombia

These are so cute monkeys! I'm just sad to hear that they are now endangered because of human beings violence on them. It's a great thing that they were found now, at least right people will be able to keep and protect them from killings. Colombian monkeys are a rare specie so we need to preserve them in order for our future children to be able to see them, too. Thanks to the researchers of National University of Colombia who were responsible for the finding of these Callicebus caquetensis or the titi monkeys.Link: New Colombian monkey species discovered, but only 250 a

Why are bombs placed in cars ? Is this because it is easy to get the bomb to the bombing site without it being detected ? Is there no device that can be installed in cities to detect such a device in a vehicle before it causes mayhem. Is anything like this possible to develop in the future ? I think vehicle manufacturers need to look at this and appoint some committees to discuss how this could possibly, if at all, be addressed, as this does seem like a very common method of terror in these times by all sorts of people in all different nations. Maybe there should be more no-park zones in sensitive areas ?Link: Read more: Car Bombs [click] Tags: bogota bombing • vehicle • terror • mayhem • 0 Comments. - Permalink |
