With significant security improvements and a thriving economy, it is not surprising that Colombians want Colombian President Uribe to run for a third term--even if this means petitioning to the Congress to ammend the Law prohibiting three Presidential terms.And Uribe might just consider running if, he says, his party fail to go behind a unified candidate.
