Treasury now take an action against the Major Medellin-Based Trafficker along with his financial empire. The US Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control or better known as the OFAC, recently named Fabio Enrique Ochoa Vasco, also known as Carlos Mario, as a principal person on their list of traffickers.
