tarvel guide The Future of Cartagena
Despite its bad image as a guerrilla hotspot, Colombia sill is a magnet for tourists because of the efforts of the government to secure the situation.

Some sites here in Colombia are worth looking into, especially their investment potential. One of them is Cartagena. I won't say much about that here. Visit the website of caribenet.com to gain more insightful information about this growing neighborhood.

Big Shrimp in Foreign Waters

big shrimp Big Shrimp in Foreign Waters
The Worlds largest known species of shrimp has recently been found in Colombian waters.

This is strange since these shrimp are native to Asia, particularly thailand. The invasion of the shrimp to the Colombian waters could have devastating effects on the ecosystem and could negatively effect other species.

No one is sure how it got to Colombia, but for now all they can do is wait to see the effects.

Scientists say that nearly two-thirds of the earth's surface is covered with water. So it is not surprising if apart from the land games (eg soccer, tennis, cricket etc) there also exist water sports. After all the major element (H2O) does need its fair space among the scheme of things (or sports). Here are the water sports which can be enjoyed while you are in the Columbia region of this globe.
