Express kidnapping is a term used by many in the Latino countries for kidnapping that happen in the barrios or slum areas where in kids, usually toddlers were kidnapped and is being ransomed for $50 dollars or less.

Events like this happen in poor areas. This issue is a very alarming one. Be careful with your kids on your every travel.

The recent local elections for mayors, governors and other state and city legislators went super great.

First in Colombia's history, their election got the lowest violence since they start voting their own officials.

For the 86,449 candidates competing for 18,527 positions, 20 candidates lost their lives and 15 of them are in the hands of terrorist organizations.
