The Carnival In Barranquilla

Colombia is such a rich country in different aspects, most especially when it comes to music. One of the most anticipated musical and cultural event in the said country is the Barranquilla Carnival held every year four days before ash Wednesday where Colombians would come together and celebrates battle of color, flowers, beauty, and peace.

But aside from this carnival, one personality makes Barranquilla proud, it is Isabel Mebarak Ripoll, also known as Shakira. Aside from being a talented artist, she is now also a multi millionaire.
