Because of the bad image Colombia still gives to tourists nowadays, many of its most beautiful attractions are left unappreciated. That may spell good news for you! It's because you don't have to settle in over famous areas that are teeming with tourists and expats. Among Colombia's communities, many think Cartagena is the best as a retirement destination. Why?
