There is no such thing as absolute positive, for every advantage that something gets, there's bound to be something negative. it's just like following Newton's Third Law.In the case of Colombia, the positive part is that it's getting more famous among tourists; hence, it's good for the economy. The negative part, however, are the accumulating negative impressions among expatriates, especially the North Americans.
Now, is it good or bad? It's for you to decide.
