Hi, I am a Norwegian girl who is learning how to kitesurf. I am currently in Cartagena, and I am going to stay here for another 10 days. San Andres looks amazing, I would love to come and learn some kitesurfing skills! I dont speak any spanish... is there a kitesurfing school there? And do anyone speak english?? Many thanks
