James

What inspired you to launch your own website?

The competitive advantage of having a website inspired me.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Miami, Finance Website

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Based on Company name. I named the company and then the website.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

More modern integration of web 2.0 technologies, and a friendly user interface.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To attract international investors, and provide the best bilingual international real estate services in Medellin, Colomiba.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

cultural differences, and time makes things move slower in Colombia, but they eventually get done.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

50,000 USD monthly for internet marketing of real estate

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes we are well staffed to handle Colombian real estate transactions.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Under educated local real estate compnay owners which dont care if they have poor manners because they have a large business. Just a lack in education, or cultural upbringing in a 3rd world or developing country leaves some locals with a twisted view on how to conduct business.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Language and culture

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Using my brain. :) and other trade secrets, basically we think about what the customer needs, and from that point is where we market our services.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Lack of talented people who can type well in English has slowed down content input.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

The site will run 100 years after i die. :)

Is Medellin Real Estate and Real Estate in Colombia continuing to grow in 2009

In 2009 the real estate market in Medellin and Colombia is experiencing a growth rate, which has been revived by a strengthening dollar against the pound. Many people are buying in Colombia, and moving to Colombia now because they would rather wait out the recession here. Living Expesnses are cheaper here, and Colombia is full of new opportunities a it just came out of an era of violence.

What is your website address?

Paradise Realty
